Draw A Dog Competition at the opening of The Dog Show!

I had SUCH a lovely time over the weekend at the opening of my solo show at the Sarah Wiseman Gallery in Oxford. You can view the exhibition catalogue here if you aren't able to get down to Oxford.

An absolute highlight for me was judging the children's Draw A Dog competition - it was brilliant to see the different ways the children approached the challenge. 

I love the way they have placed their drawings in context - it is such a clever way of adding more character to the dogs!

I'm sure some of these are based on family dogs which is such a great practice to start and makes lovely memories for children and adults alike!
